Contentment

Lately I've been praying for contentment. I realized that I need to be happy being single, happy being a student, and happy having the gifts that I have. God did not bless me with a mind that is good at math. Big whoop. Get over it. It does not give you the right to think I am stupid. I happen to be gifted in other areas that my brain works. That's right, there is more to life than being good at math. Try not to fall over. It also does not give me the right to think I am stupid. Yes, I'm going to a university college, get over it. I'm not at Yale. If you must know I had the chance to go to pretty much any university I wanted to, I chose my school for a reason. I now also happen to be doing very well. Yes, I will have a degree at the end of the four years. And yes, it is as recognized as U of C or U of A or any other place.

Part of my prayers is asking God to give me the strength to not care what other people think. I'm frustrated right now (in case you didn't pick up on that).
